For longer life, avoid using a tumble dryer.

To increase durability and avoid wrinkles, please store the products folded and not hanging.

We recommend following the care instructions provided on your garments or accessories.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WOOL CARE

We do not recommend the use of fabric softener or bleach.

Using fabric softener coats the fibers and reduces their natural breathing, absorption and moisture control abilities.

We do not recommend the use of bleach or fabric softener

Using bleach or fabric softener will destroy the fibers.

Please keep it away.

You can put your socks in the dryer.

However, for a longer lifespan, we recommend a gentle spin and drying in a ventilated shade.

Alpaca wool easily returns to its shape after washing. You may not need to iron anything at all.

We recommend leaving your garment on a surface or mesh naturally or on the back of a chair.

Products made from 100% wool can be ironed at a low temperature. It is better if the product is ironed on the inside.

Garments made from wool and a blend of synthetic fibers should not be ironed.

We recommend using steam for ironing.

Be sure to check the care instructions label on each garment.

Some Andina Outdoors clothing items are suitable for dry cleaning.

Check the label for dry cleaning options and instructions.

Remember that dry cleaning shortens the lifespan of a garment.

OTHER CARE TIPS

Pilling is a natural process that can occur when shorter fibers reach the surface of the fabric.

The best way to avoid pellet formation is to wash your garment inside out on a gentle cycle and let it dry in ventilated shade.

The natural moisture absorption and control properties of alpaca fiber help your Andina Outdoors products keep you free from bad odors.

We recommend washing your Andina Outdoors products in a cold cycle with detergent, mild soap or shampoo with socks, clothing or accessories inside out.

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap or shampoo, soak for 2 hours and rinse.

It is not necessary to use fabric softener.

Do not wring out the product.

Dry flat under ventilated shade.
